The W10712394 Dishwasher Rack Adjuster Kit includes the parts to replace the left and right-side rack adjusters and has been upgraded to a more durable metal design. This kit includes 2 adjuster assemblies, 1 left-hand and 1 right-hand actuator cover, 2 gray adjuster covers, and 2 gray adjuster housings. The most common symptoms linked with faulty rack adjusters include: leaking, door latch failure, door not closing, dishes not cleaning properly, and failure to start the washing cycle. It is recommended to replace both the right and left side adjusters at the same time.

A group of engineers came together and redesigned the part to make it last for years of service. The prongs that hold the wheels in place was replaced with a cap. A new brand was born under Exact Appliance Parts (EAP). Part may look different in appearance but function better than the discontinued OEM part # W10350376. The W10350376 has two wheels with a diameter of 0.90 inch each. Whirlpool markets major brands: Admiral, Amana, Estate, Inglis, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Kirkland, MayTag, Roper, Whirlpool, and etc.

This manufacturer-approved upper dishrack heightadjuster (part number W103850376) fits many dishwashers including Kenmore Elitedishwasher model 66513942K010. This upper dishrack height adjuster also fitscertain Whirlpool and KitchenAid dishwasher models.

Remove the upper dishrack from the dishwasher toinstall the upper dishrack height adjuster.

Release the mounting clips that secure theexisting height adjuster to the upper dishrack. Remove the existing upperdishrack height adjuster and replace it with the new one.
