Description
This cable has a variety of uses, but the main function is to upgrade an old firmware to the newer firmware. If your roomba is older (generally older than September of 2005) then you may have the old firmware that does not have the built in scheduling function. You can use this cable to connect the roomba to your scheduling remote (not included) and it will update your firmware to be compatible. Occasionally your roomba’s firmware may get corrupted and act crazy. This should also fix that (if used with remote to send updates to your roomba). This can be used in place of the OSMO upgrade. There are other things this can be used for, and if your here then you should already be familiar with the roomba firmware/osmo/scheduling, etc. Auction includes new cable and instruction manual for scheduling your roomba.
