ESG180 is a higher output stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Suzuki LT-Z400 and Kawasaki KXF400 models. ESG180 is manufactured on a modern stator core with the highest grade copper wire installed using modern computer controlled winding machines. The new core offers super low magnetic resistance and the high grade copper wire offer low resistance and therefore comparably low heat generation in the windings. We chose a winding configuration that offers about 40% more output over stock which works very well with these engines. ElectroSport installs very high grade lead wires on these stators that are abrasion and heat resistant. These lead wires do not nick or get soft during operation, even with the high output used to the max. ESG180 is a plug in replacement and offers superior output and reliability compared to the OEM stator. ESG110 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Kawasaki EX250 Ninja, EX500 Ninja, GPZ500, EL454, EL500 and EN500 models between the years 1985 and 2009 ElectroSport manufactures the ESG110 stator starting with a brand new stator core made of special material that has very low magnetic resistance. We use the highest grade copper wire for the windings which are installed using computer controlled winding machines for optimum results. Our lead wires are of very high quality and we chose a type that is abrasion and heat resistant. The rubber seals and connectors are an exact match for the original stator making this ESG110 a plug in replacement. ESG122 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Honda XR80, XR100 and CRF100 models and provides for 100W of lighting output. We manufacture ESG122 using a modern core made from very high grade lamination material for low magnetic losses. We also use the highest grade copper wire and wind the core on our modern winding machines for an optimum winding result. This stator comes with high quality lead wires, rubber seals and connectors and is a plug in replacement. ESG122 is a very cost effective replacement for when the OEM stator has failed, whether the lighting output is needed or not. (you can simply leave the lighting output unconnected and it will not affect operation of the ignition side of the ESG122 stator) Like all stators manufactured by ElectroSport this ESG122 also comes with a full one year warranty.
